Spring 2025 IISE Career Fair

Every fall and spring semester, during the IISE Career Fair, companies across the nation come to Georgia Tech to recruit some of the nation’s top talent from our Bachelor’s and Master’s programs. Our students are recruited for a variety of roles and perform well past expectations in all positions. We hope that you will join us this semester and meet some of the country’s brightest students.

This spring semester, we will be hosting an in-person career fair on Monday, February 10th, 2025, at Georgia Tech’s Exhibition Hall. We are actively working to enhance your career fair experience through allowing students to see a summary of all companies including majors recruited, years recruited, GPA requirements, and industry. This ensures that students can pinpoint the companies actively recruiting for them helping both students and recruiters! In addition, we will be having a general diagram of company booth locations so students can easily find your booth! If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at iise@gatech.edu.

Employer Registration: 

Employer Regular Registration is $1000.

 Registration Instructions

Step 1: Register on Symplicity

Navigate to https://gatech-csm.symplicity.com/events/d5dfc7270079580f2dd363b4f12dfb58/overview. Click on “Register As An Employer” to begin registration and complete the form.

Step 2: Complete Payment on Symplicity

Once you complete the registration form on Symplicity, you will be redirected to an invoice with an option to pay via credit card.

Step 3: Receive a confirmation email.

After a few business days, you will receive an email that your registration is confirmed, along with another email with next steps and additional information.

Housing

Where can we stay during the Fair?

There are multiple hotels within driving distance of Exhibition Hall. The hotels IISE recommends are as follows:

Parking

Is Parking paid?

Parking is free for all employers! Paid for by Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers.

What is the address of the Exhibition Hall?

The address is 460 4th St NW, Atlanta, GA 30332

What are the directions to parking near Exhibition Hall?

The closest parking lot is the Student Center Deck (W02). The easiest way to access the lot will be to arrive to campus via North Avenue NW. Then take a right onto Ferst Drive and keep going until you see the W02 parking lot. We will have volunteers stationed at the driveway to assist with your parking.

Payments

When is the payment deadline for the career fair?

The deadline to submit the career fair payment is February 7th.

Who do we ship packages to?

Companies can write Jon Lowe as the recipient. Please email Dr. Lowe at @jonathan.lowe@isye.gatech.edu to let him know you have shipped a package.

Is a return label required?

YES. Companies must have a return label on each package.

Logistics

When is the Spring 2025 Career Fair registration deadline?

February 7th is the last day for vendors to register.

How do we get to our booths?

A parking attendant will guide you to Georgia Tech’s Exhibition Hall to check in. After check in, you will be guided to your booth.

What time can vendors begin setup?

Vendors may enter and begin setting up in Georgia Tech’s Exhibition Hall at 10:00 am.

Will food and parking be provided?

Yes. Food will be provided by GT dining, and parking validations will be provided to each vendor. Additionally, a parking attendant in the Student Center Deck (W02) will be ready to assist you.

What time is breakfast and lunch?

One of two lunch shifts are provided: 12:00-12:45 or 12:45-1:30. Companies are encouraged to send half of their representatives for each lunch shift.

Will tablecloths or surge protectors be provided?

No, companies are expected to bring tablecloths and/or surge protectors if needed.

What will be provided to each vendor?

1 table and a chair for each representative attending.

When/where is the Spring 2025 Career Fair?

The career fair will take place from 11AM to 4:30PM on Monday, February 10th at Georgia Tech’s Exhibition Hall.

What time should vendors begin packing up?

Vendors may pack up from 4:30-5:00PM.

What is the WiFi at Exhibition Hall?

GT Visitor is the name of the Wifi network open to the public.
